New name, new look, same mission!

Five years ago, three women launched Impact Nashville, modeling the practices and concepts learned from an Impact100 chapter in Austin, TX.  The mission?  Through collaborative philanthropy, to build a dynamic and diverse membership of generous women who accelerate positive social change in the Nashville area.

Since then, the Nashville group that you are now a part of has been steadily growing and learning from other Impact100 chapters around the country.

The national Impact100 Council has been helping chapters get up and running through word-of-mouth and national meetings at which ideas are shared.  This past year, Impact100 Council employed the services of a national marketing and branding agency to more formally align the chapters into a global entity.  The goal is to promote, through media and public relations, the global influence and achievements of the more than 55 chapters (and growing) around the world.  Your Nashville chapter is joining forces with other chapters to promote the collective impact of all Impact100 chapters and to take advantage of the momentum the national organization is developing.

To that end, Impact Nashville will now be known as Impact100 Nashville.  We are aligning our branding with other Impact100 chapters around the country with the same logo, customized for our unique Nashville identity.  At the top of this communication you see our new logo for the first time.  The sea star mark with lavender lettering is the identity of Impact100; the “poppy” city color and lettering are unique to our chapter. On our website you will see bold color and icons we selected to represent our vibrant, welcoming, and music- oriented city.

Please check out our new website at www.nashville.impact100council.org and add it to your favorites.  Also check out our new Facebook page @Impact100Nashville and our Instagram and LinkedIn accounts with the same new name.

A reminder that our 2020 membership drive will end May 31, so please enroll before then.  And plan to join us at the virtual membership and grants kick off BIG REVEAL event on Tuesday June 2 at 5:30 pm, at which we announce the amount of money we will be giving out in grants this year. You should have received a Paperless Post invitation in your email through which you can register.  The first 50 paid members who register for this virtual event will receive a personally delivered “goody bag” with lots of surprises. Details of the event are on the website.

You can reach us at info@nashville.impact100council.org and through the website listed above.

Welcome to the exciting world of Impact100 Nashville.
