To accelerate and sustain our highly beneficial resident outcomes and to scale our capacity, The Village at Glencliff will leverage Impact100 grant funding to implement an onsite, comprehensive, State-funded digital literacy training program and engage in the second tier of our strategic planning. Both activities support two of our critical, long-term goals of 1) resident housing retention and 2) organizational sustainability through deeper levels of independent living training and the development of mutually beneficial partnerships with local hospitals and their case management teams.
