The Tennessee Justice Center proposes to use the Impact100 Nashville grant funding to support the hiring of an Intake Specialist and Community Navigator to field intake calls and develop a directory of local resources, to install an Impact100 Nashville Resource Center (a comfortable and secure enclosed space for in-person client consultations), and to enhance TJC’s digital infrastructure by integrating our case management system with other platforms to streamline casework operations. These changes will greatly enhance TJC’s ability to assist clients, and to connect them to the help they need if their problem is beyond the scope of TJC’s service model.
