JUNE 2023

janet.jpg

It was so exciting to see so many of you at the Big Reveal on Wednesday, June 7. At the event, we announced that $229,000 in grants will be awarded to non-profits in 2023, which means we are 229 members strong.  Thanks to all the members who brought in new members this year – and for renewing your own membership.

The $229,000 raised and awarded this year will put us over $1M in total grants awarded to Nashville non-profits since our inception in 2014.  Now that’s an IMPACT!

Please continue to tell your friends and colleagues about Impact100 Nashville so we can continue to grow our IMPACT in Nashville.  Members can join for 2024 right now – and all throughout the year up to May 31 of 2024.

Please visit our website at https://nashville.impact100council.org to view upcoming events, see pictures of events, and stay connected.  And watch your email for announcements.

Have a great summer!
Janet

Almost 100 members and guests attended the Big Reveal on Wednesday, June 7, presented by Humana, and hosted at Barge Design Solutions at which it was announced that $229,000 in grants will be awarded by Impact100 Nashville in 2023, bringing our grand total to over $1M awarded to non-profits since Impact100 Nashville was founded in 2014.

Members and guests heard from Dott Freeman, Development Director, Crossroads Campus, that received a $100,000 grant in 2022.   Crossroads Campus is transforming lives by creating opportunities for individuals facing poverty and homelessness to care for homeless dogs and cats. Impact100 Nashville grant monies are being utilized to outfit and build out what will be known as The Impact100 Nashville Grooming School-- with professional-grade pet grooming equipment, supplies, and facilities to accommodate up to 20 students and the adjacent Training Center with educational technology and physical resources for classroom experiences and training that are essential to fear-free grooming and humane animal care. Dott announced that Impact100 Nashville members will be invited to the grand opening event of the training center.
