Greetings Impact100 Members and Friends:

We hope you are staying warm this cold and blizzardy winter in Nashville!  One way to warm your heart is by joining Impact100 Nashville and helping our community through your membership fees pooled with other members’ fees to create impactful grants awarded to Nashville non-profit organizations.
Remember to renew your membership and invite the women in your network to do the same.  We hope to have an even greater impact this year by raising $200,000 and giving away two $100,000 grants.

Remember, you can pay in installments by contacting finance@nashville.impact100council.org or pay by credit card
on our website.

The Board of Directors recently revised the Impact100 Nashville bylaws to create a mechanism for continuity and succession of the board.  The biggest change was to create a structure whereby a president-elect is elected by the board to serve a term of one year while they apprentice under the current president.  After the year of apprenticeship and fulfilling duties assigned by the president, that person becomes president for a year, at which time the current present becomes past president, serving in an advisory capacity on the board for a period of a year.  From election as president-elect to past-president, the individual will serve on the board for a three-year term.
This structure went into place for 2021 with the election of a new president elect, Ginger Duncan, who will become president in 2022, at which time current president, Michele Herlein, will be past-president and a new president elect will be selected.

Meet your New President Elect, Ginger Duncan

Congratulations to Ginger Duncan, President-Elect of Impact100 Nashville.  Ginger will continue in her role as chair of the membership committee during the next year, while fulfilling other duties as assigned to her by President Herlein.
